Membership Renewal Application

(Membership is only available to people over the age of 18 years.)

Annual Subscription
1 January to 31 December – $70.00

Payment is only accepted via direct deposit into our bank account. This can be done at any branch of the Bendigo Bank by cash (no cheques please as we are charged fees) or by direct debit from your bank account. DO NOT send money or cheques.

Reference: Please put your name as the reference so we know who has deposited the money.

Your receipt will be either the stub from your deposit slip if paying in person at the Bendigo Bank, or your own bank statement if paying by direct debit from your bank to the Bendigo Bank. The Bendigo Bank will also advise us of your payment.
